Do you offer hypoallergenic jewelry options?

Yes. Our 14K and 18K gold pieces are naturally hypoallergenic. For those with sensitive skin, we also offer platinum options and can use nickel-free alloys in our sterling silver collections. Please mention any allergies when ordering.

How do I determine my ring size?

You can use our printable ring sizer available on our website or visit any local jeweler for a professional measurement. For custom orders, we recommend getting sized by a professional. We also offer resizing services for most rings within 60 days of purchase.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes, we specialize in custom designs! Contact us via WhatsApp (+234 816 926 4567) or email to discuss your vision. We'll provide sketches, material options, and a quote. A 50% deposit is required to begin custom work, with the balance due upon completion.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for orders over ₦100,000. Plans typically range from 2-4 months with a 30% deposit to begin. Contact us to discuss a payment plan tailored to your budget. Custom orders are eligible for payment plans as well.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code at checkout in the "Promo Code" field. Discounts apply to the subtotal before shipping. Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options and costs?

Within Nigeria: Standard delivery (3-7 business days) costs ₦2,500. Express delivery (1-3 business days) costs ₦4,500. Free shipping on orders over ₦150,000. International shipping available with rates calculated at checkout based on destination.

How long does it take to process an order?

Ready-to-ship items are processed within 1-2 business days. Made-to-order pieces require 7-14 business days for crafting. Custom designs typically take 3-6 weeks depending on complexity. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. We declare all packages accurately as "Jewelry" with the appropriate value.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes can be made only if the order hasn't shipped. Contact us immediately at support@nanajewelryhub.com or via WhatsApp. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for ready-to-wear items in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging. Custom pieces, personalized items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

How long do refunds take to process?

Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5 business days), refunds are processed within 3-10 business days depending on your payment method. Card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. You'll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the issue. We'll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or repair at no cost to you. Our jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges for size (within 2 sizes for rings) or style. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in original condition. Customer pays shipping for exchanges. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you'll pay the difference.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying cosmetics. Store pieces separately in soft pouches to prevent scratching. Clean with a soft, lint-free cloth. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and warm water with a soft brush, then dry thoroughly.

Do you offer cleaning or repair services?

Yes, we offer professional cleaning, polishing, and repair services. Cleaning is complimentary for the first year. Repairs are charged based on the work required. We also offer rhodium plating for white gold pieces and prong tightening. Contact us for a repair quote.

Can my jewelry be resized in the future?

Most rings can be resized up or down 2 sizes. Eternity bands and tension-set rings are more difficult to resize. We offer one complimentary resize within 60 days of purchase. After that, resizing services start at ₦8,000 depending on the design and materials.

What should I avoid to protect my jewelry?

Avoid exposure to chlorine, harsh chemicals, salt water, and extreme temperatures. Remove jewelry during physical activities. Don't wear fine jewelry to bed. Pearls and opals require special care—avoid any liquids besides water. Store away from direct sunlight to prevent gemstone fading.

3. You approve the design and pay a 50% deposit
4. We craft your piece with periodic updates
5. Final approval and balance payment

How long does a custom piece take to create?

Timeline varies by complexity: Simple designs (3-4 weeks), Moderate complexity (4-6 weeks), Complex/heirloom pieces (6-10 weeks). We provide a timeline estimate during consultation. Rush services may be available for an additional fee (25% of item cost).

Can I use my own gemstones or materials?

Yes, we can incorporate your existing gemstones or family heirlooms into new designs. We'll need to examine the stones first (in-person or via detailed photos/video) to ensure they're suitable for the design. There's a small fee for resetting customer-provided stones.

Are custom designs returnable or refundable?

Custom designs are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, as they're created specifically for you. This is why we provide detailed sketches and approval steps throughout the process. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects.
