1. Processing Time

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days.

Custom Orders: Custom pieces require additional production time, typically 7-14 business days after design approval and deposit payment.

Business Days: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

International Shipping

We now offer international shipping to select countries! Contact us at hello@nanajewelryhub.com for international shipping rates and delivery times.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will provide you with tracking information via WhatsApp or email. You can track your package using:

  • Email: Tracking link will be included in your shipping confirmation

If you haven't received tracking information within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address with a contact person is required.

Signature Required: All jewelry deliveries require a signature for security purposes.

5. Shipping Insurance

All orders are automatically insured against loss or damage during transit up to the full value of the purchase.

If your package shows signs of damage upon delivery:

  1. Do not accept the package
  2. Take photos of the damaged packaging
  3. Contact us immediately
  4. We will arrange for replacement or refund

6. Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailable, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange for replacement.

Weather Delays: During rainy season or adverse weather, delivery times may be extended.

7. Shipping for Custom Orders

Custom jewelry pieces have special shipping considerations:

  • Shipping costs are included in the custom order quote
  • Production time must be added to shipping time
  • We provide progress updates during production
  • Final approval is required before shipping

8. Gift Shipping

We offer special gift shipping options:

  • Gift Wrapping: Complimentary gift wrapping available
  • Gift Messages: Include a personalized message
  • Direct Shipping: Ship directly to the recipient with gift options
  • No Price Disclosure: We can exclude pricing information

To arrange gift shipping, mention "GIFT" in your order notes or tell us via WhatsApp.

9. Shipping During Holidays

During holiday seasons (Christmas, Valentine's, etc.):

  • Order early to ensure delivery
  • Processing times may be longer
  • We announce holiday shipping deadlines on our social media
  • Express shipping is recommended for last-minute orders
