At Nana Jewelry Hub, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Ready-to-wear items in original condition within 7 days of delivery

Custom designs, personalized items, or worn/used jewelry

1. Return Policy Overview

Return Window: 7 days from delivery date

Condition Required: Unworn, undamaged, in original packaging with all tags

Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required

Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Important Notice: Custom Jewelry

Custom designed pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your design before production begins.

2. Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Contact Us

Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (+234 816 926 4567) or email (returns@nanajewelryhub.com) to request a return authorization.

Receive Return Instructions

We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Returns without authorization cannot be processed.

Package Your Return

Include all original packaging, tags, certificates, and the completed return form. Use a trackable shipping method and insure the package.

Ship Your Return

Ship to our returns address and keep your tracking number. Email us the tracking information.

Receive Refund/Exchange

Once received and inspected (within 5 business days), we'll process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Deductions: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customization fees for personalized items are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline:

  • Bank Transfers: 3-5 business days
  • Card Refunds: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
  • Payment on Delivery: Bank transfer within 3 business days

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value:

  • Size Exchanges: Available for rings (within 2 sizes)
  • Style Exchanges: Exchange for another style in our collection
  • Exchange Fees: No exchange fee, but customer pays shipping
  • Exchange Time: Processed within 3-5 business days after receiving return

If exchanging for a more expensive item, you'll pay the price difference plus shipping.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom designed jewelry
  • Personalized items (engraved jewelry)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Worn or damaged jewelry
  • Items without original packaging
  • Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos/video of the issue
  3. We'll arrange for return shipping at our expense
  4. Choose between repair, replacement, or refund
  5. We'll expedite your replacement

Note: Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

7. International Returns

International customers may return items subject to:

  • 7-day return policy applies
  • Customer responsible for international return shipping and duties
  • Refunds issued in original currency
  • Bank transfer fees may apply
  • Contact us before returning international orders

8. Gift Returns

Gift recipients can exchange items for store credit:

  • Original gift receipt required
  • Exchange only (no cash refund)
  • Store credit valid for 1 year
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Contact us for gift return authorization

9. Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees for returns that meet our return policy requirements.

However, a 15% restocking fee may apply if:

  • Item is returned without all original components
  • Packaging is damaged
  • Return is initiated after 7 days

To avoid needing to return jewelry:

  • Size Carefully: Use our ring sizing guide or consult with us
  • Read Descriptions: Check materials and dimensions before ordering
  • Ask Questions: Contact us if unsure about any product details
  • Consider Custom: For perfect fit and design, consider custom jewelry
